It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 3-7 business days to be shipped out. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be included in your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Advice to Silver Care:
Silver– and silver plated cutlery are easy to take care off than often rumoured and are even suitable for dish washer care. (according to RAL-RG 604 dish washer save). However, the following handling and care tips should be considered and required for durability and brilliant shine.
The instructions of the dish washer are to be followed, especially the amount of detergent and rinsing aid, as well as the continuous refilling of salt. Only use branded detergent, which promise an active silver protection and received a good test result. Used cutlery should not be left without cleaning for a long period of time, as food particle can effect the material. This is especially true for steel blades reacting to cooking salt, e.g. sodium chloride and acid containing food. Therefore, rinse the blades after usage shortly. Please do not sort silver or silver plated cutlery and stainless cutlery into the same compartment within the dish washer. Also place the knives separately, to avoid contact with the silver and possible friction. Always place knife blades, scoop of the spoon and fork arms upwards, thus all handles to the bottom so that the cutlery can be cleaned better and the water can rinse faster. Remove all cutlery pieces as soon as the cleaning process has finished and check all pieces, if needed wipe further. Remove all water stains or extraneous rust, especially on knife blades immediately. If needed use according metal cleaning detergents. Cleaning via hand or machine does not prevent that pieces occasionally receive stains over a longer period of time, due to acid or sulphur in food or air. Thus as a general rule we encourage the following: Frequent usage prevents cleaning! Should however a discoloration occur, this can be removed easily with specific silver cleaning lotions that are easily available in retail or available over us. Just contact us
